## 1. What the Extension Does
The SEO Website Analyzer — Live Google Position extension helps users check the live Google organic search position of selected keywords.
The Extension performs a normal Google search for a keyword, reads the returned organic search results, identifies results belonging to the website being analyzed, and sends the ranking information to the SEO Website Analyzer application.
The Extension does not attempt to bypass Google CAPTCHA, verification pages, security controls, or access restrictions.
## 2. Information the Extension Handles
Depending on the live ranking check performed by the user, the Extension may process:
* The keyword selected by the user for a ranking check.
* The website/domain being checked.
* Google search result URLs.
* Search result titles and related visible result information.
* The detected organic ranking position of the user's website.
* Related technical information required to send the result to the SEO Website Analyzer.
The Extension only handles information necessary to perform the live ranking-check function.
## 3. Google Search Data
The Extension accesses Google Search pages to perform the requested keyword search and read the search results required to determine the website's organic position.
Google Search result information may include publicly displayed webpage titles, URLs, snippets, and other information visible on the Google search results page.
The Extension does not access a user's Gmail, Google Drive, Google Photos, Google passwords, payment information, or other private Google account data.
## 4. Browser Storage
The Extension uses Chrome's extension storage functionality to maintain the temporary state required for an active live ranking check.
This temporary browser storage is used to support the current ranking-check process and is not intended to create a permanent browsing-history database.
The Extension does not use Chrome browsing history to track the user's unrelated web activity.
## 5. How Information Is Used
Information handled by the Extension is used to:
* Perform the requested Google organic ranking check.
* Identify the user's website within Google search results.
* Determine and return the detected ranking position.
* Transfer ranking results to the SEO Website Analyzer application.
* Maintain the technical state required to complete the live ranking-check process.
We do not use the information handled by this Extension for unrelated advertising or profiling purposes.

The Extension sends ranking-check information to the SEO Website Analyzer application hosted at:

This transfer is necessary for the Extension to provide the live ranking-check feature and display or process the resulting data in the SEO Website Analyzer.
We do not sell the information handled by the Extension.
We do not use the information handled by the Extension for purposes unrelated to providing and improving the SEO Website Analyzer service.
## 7. Data Retention
The Extension itself uses temporary browser storage for active ranking-check state.
Ranking information transmitted to the SEO Website Analyzer may be stored by the application according to the user's account, project, audit, and ranking-analysis activity.
Retention of information within the SEO Website Analyzer application may therefore continue after the browser extension session ends.
## 8. Security
We use reasonable technical and organizational measures designed to protect information handled by the Extension and the SEO Website Analyzer service against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction.
No internet transmission or electronic storage system can be guaranteed to be completely secure. Users should therefore avoid submitting unnecessary sensitive or confidential information.
## 9. User Control
The Extension is used only when the user initiates or uses the live ranking-check functionality.
Users may remove the Extension at any time through Chrome's extension management settings.
Users may also stop using the live ranking-check functionality without uninstalling the Extension.
## 10. Third-Party Services
The Extension interacts with Google Search because Google Search results are required for the live ranking-check function.
Google may independently collect and process information according to Google's own privacy policies and terms. This Privacy Policy does not govern Google's independent services.
The Extension does not use remote executable JavaScript code.

The Extension is not specifically directed to children under the age required by applicable law, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children through the Extension for unrelated purposes.
